    Firstly, we'd like to emphasize that creating a clean and healthy environment in the homes of our customers is our top priority. The use of precautionary equipment such as face masks, gloves, shoe covers is our new standard. My Spotless House is closely monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its impact in our community.
  • How long does a basic house cleaning service usually take?
    Due to the vast difference in both square footage and service needs of each house, time frames will vary widely. Our recommendation is to request a free quote on our website, or call us directly at 469-334-3669 to better asses your needs.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Yes. This service, along with other auxiliary services such as cooking grill cleaning, garage sweeping, and clothes folding are available under out Specialty Services. They are available to book on our website or you may call 469-334-3669.
  • How far in advance should I book my cleaning service?
    All cleaning and specialty sevices must be booked 48-hours in advance. If you have questions about availability please submit your details on our website and we will follow-up promptly.
  • What if I need to reschedule/cancel services?
    To reschedule or cancel, please plan to give notice at least 24-hours before booking date.

Billing & policy

Payments Accepted

Online payments are preferred via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Cash and Checks are accepted. 

Cancellation Policy

Please allow a 24 - 48 hour notice via e-mail, text, or phone call from the day of scheduled cleaning services.
